We believe that a life-long love of swimming starts with great fundamentals, taught by great instructors. Our swim lessons program is for children age 5-9, who have an interesting in progressing to our Competitive Swim Team, and are looking to establish a strong foundation.
Please note that we sometimes have a wait list for Lessons, due to the high instructor:swimmer ratio.

Royal City Aquatics (RCAQ) is a high quality, high performing organization, offering professional coaching for competitive swimmers of all ages. We offer inclusive and engaging programming, and we are fiercely focussed on the fundamentals and personal improvement.
Registration for the 2023-2024 season will take place in July and August of 2023. Please contact us with any questions you have about our program. We would love to hear from you.

Royal City Lifesaving & Multisport
We are excited to partner with Royal City Multisport to offer Surf Lifesaving and Multisport training this summer. All Lifesaving and Multisport programming will be sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario, owing to the open water training component. Athletes who train in this program can improve their fitness for the next competitive swim season, and compete in Surf Lifesaving events, Multisport events (ie. aquathlon, triathlon, duathlon).
